[摘要] 目的 探讨多波长氪离子激光治疗眼底病的临床疗效，以为其临床推广使用提供科学依据。方法 随机选取该院眼科2012年5月—2014年9月收治的80例（100眼）眼底病患者为研究对象，经该院伦理委员会批准及患者知情同意下由临床医师采取等距随机抽样法分为对照组与研究组各40例（50眼），对照组采用复方血塞通胶囊+维生素治疗，研究组采取多波长氪离子激光治疗，术后随访6个月时间，比对两组患者临床疗效及并发症发生率。结果 研究组患者通过采取多波长氪离子激光治疗，总有效率90%、并发症发生率10%，与对照组80%、20%相比较，组间差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 多波长氪离子激光治疗眼底病疗效确切、并发症发生率低、安全性高，值得在今后眼底病临床治疗中推广使用。

Clinical Curative Effect of Different Wavelength Krypton Lasers in Treatment of Fundus Diseases

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of different wavelength krypton lasers in the treatment of fundus diseases so as to provide a scientific basis for its clinical use. Methods Approved by the ethics committee of our hospital and with patients' informed consent， clinicians selected 80 patients （100 eyes） with fundus diseases admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology as the research object and divide them into control group and study group using isometric random sampling method with 40 case （50 eyes） in each group. The control group was treated with compound xuesaitong capsule and vitamin， while the study group with different wavelength krypton lasers. The clinical effects and complication rates were compared between the two groups based on a 6 months follow-up. Results There were statistically significant differences in total effective rate and complication rate between the two groups， 90% vs 10% and 80% vs 20%， P<0.05. Conclusion Different wavelength krypton lasers are worthy of promotion in the future treatment of fundus diseases due to its definite therapeutic effect， low complication rates and high safety.

眼底病是发生在患者眼后节底部的病变，由于其成因较为复杂，目前医学界对于该病症尚未形成一致共识。同时，眼底病种类多样、病情多变，对患者自身视力造成了严重影响，如果没有得到及时有效的治疗，将会导致患者失明[1]。当前临床针对无法自愈的眼底病主要以药物治疗、物理治疗为主，尽管可以取得一定的治疗效果，但是患者并发症发生率居高不下，严重降低了最终临床治疗效果，导致医患纠纷频发[2]。随着医学技术不断发展，激光治疗成为眼底病治疗的新突破。然而，单一波长激光治疗由于缺乏操作灵活性，造成眼底病患者眼部改善情况不是很理想。为了进一步探究激光治疗所具有的临床应用价值，该次研究针对多波长氪离子激光治疗眼底病的临床疗效展开深入分析，以丰富临床治疗手段，为其临床推广使用提供科学依据，现报道如下。……
