[摘要] 目的 分析应用甘精胰岛素配合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病患者效果。方法 选取2型糖尿病患者58例作为研究对象，对照组29例给予预混胰岛素治疗，观察组29例给予甘精胰岛素配合瑞格列奈治疗，比较两组患者总有效率和血糖变化。结果 观察组血糖降低程度明显低于对照组，总有效率96.55%高于对照组68.97%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 应用甘精胰岛素配合瑞格列奈治疗2型糖尿病可实现控制血糖的良好效果，具有积极的临床使用价值。

Clinical observation of patients with type 2 diabetes treatment application of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide

[Abstract] Objective To observe the insulin glargine treatment with repaglinide in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 58 patients with type 2 diabetes as an object of study， 29 cases of the control group given premixed insulin treatment， observation group 29 cases given insulin glargine treatment with repaglinide， the total efficiency and blood glucose two groups were compared. Results The degree of lowering blood glucose was significantly lower than the control group， the total efficiency of 96.5% the control group68.97%， with statistical significance（P <0.05）. Conclusion the effect of application of insulin glargine combined with repaglinide in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus can realize the control of blood sugar， has positive clinical value.

糖尿病是临床常见的慢性代谢性疾病，发病率较高，治疗周期较长，且逐渐呈现年轻化趋势，其中2型糖尿病所占比例达97%以上[1]。如果延误了最佳治疗时机，将会给患者带来严重的心脑肾等并发症。对于口服降糖药没有明显作用的患者需要采取基础胰岛素控制血糖。该研究选取2013年2月—2014年3月该院收治的2型糖尿病患者58例作为研究对象，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2型糖尿病患者58例作为研究对象，均符合WHO在1999年制定的糖尿病诊断标准[2]。对照组和观察组各29例患者，对照组中男19例，女10例，患者年龄30～75岁，平均年龄（45.7±2.9）岁；观察组中男17例，女12例，患者年龄35～70岁，平均年龄（49.7±1.9）岁。

1.2 方法

对照组给予预混胰岛素（S20100034）治疗，第一次剂量0.4 U/kg，于每日早晚餐前0.5 h内行皮下注射。

观察组给予甘精胰岛素（国药准字J20090113）配合瑞格列奈（国药准字H20000362）治疗，第一次剂量0.2 U/kg，于每日睡前行皮下注射，按照患者实际血糖情况增减药量。

观察两组患者的FBG、2hPG、HbA1C等指标。

1.3 疗效评价标准

无效：治疗后，患者的FBG无明显变化或减小<10%；有效：治疗后，患者的FBG<8.5 mmol/L；显效：治疗后，患者的FBG<7.0 mmol/L[3]。
