[摘要] 目的 研究超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床治疗效果。方法 随机选取该院于2011年2月—2014年5月期间收治82例闭角型青光眼患者作为此次试验研究对象，分为观察组（使用超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术治疗方法）和对照组（使用传统小梁切除术治疗患者）各41例，分析两组治疗结果。结果 经手术治疗后，观察组的眼压值为（13.3±2.2）mmHg，前房深度（2.8±0.7）mm，均低于对照组水平，且观察组的视力值为（0.8±0.2）则明显高出对照组，各指标的组间对比差异显著（P<0.05）。且两组的术后并发症发生率也有明显差异（P<0.05）。 结论 使用超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术能够有效治疗闭角型青光眼，且手术安全性高，值得临床推荐和使用。

[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma. Methods 82 patients with angle-closure glaucoma admitted to our hospital between February 2011 and May 2014 were selected as the research objective and divided into observation group （using phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation） and control group （using traditional trabeculectomy） with 41 cases in each group. The treatment outcomes were analyzed. Results After operation， the intraocular pressure and anterior chamber depth of the observation group was （13.3±2.2）mmHg and （2.8±0.7）mm respectively and they were lower than those of the control group； visual acuity of the observation group （0.8±0.2）was obviously higher than that of the control group， there were statistically significant differences between the indicators of the two groups （P<0.05）.Whats more ， there was statistically significant difference between the complication rate of the two groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion Phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation can be effective in the treatment of angle-closure glaucoma， and with high surgery safety， it is worthy of recommendation and use.

闭角型青光眼是常见于老年患者的眼部疾病[1]，症状主要表现为眼红、眼痛、视力模糊、头痛、恶心、呕吐等[2]，临床中普遍使用周边虹膜切除和小梁切除等疗法治疗闭角型青光眼，但该类方法操作复杂，难以控制患者眼压，术后并发症较多[3]。为研究超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术治疗闭角型青光眼的临床治疗效果，现分析2011年2月—2014年5月间该院收治的82例闭角型青光眼患者的临床资料，报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

研究对象为该收治患者，随机选取82例，分为对照组和观察组。入院标准：①依据《临床青光眼》[4]中原发性闭角型青光眼的诊断标准；②患者及其家属签署相关知情同意书。对照组41例，男性20例，女性21例。年龄51～79岁，平均（60.21±7.16）岁；观察组41例，男性19例，女性22例，年龄50～80岁，平均（63.35±8.16）岁。按照患者所患青光眼的类型分急性青光眼58例，慢性青光眼24例，对患者采用裂隙灯显微镜、前房角镜、眼压计和检眼镜进行检查。……
