[摘要] 目的 分析研究克拉霉素联合沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗支气管哮喘的效果。 方法 把该院2013年4月—2014年8月收治的62例患者随机划分为2组，对照组28例患者采用沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗，观察组34例患者采用克拉霉素联合沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗，比较分析不同方法治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。结果 治疗后与治疗前患者的临床症状评分、肺功能变化情况有差异，治疗前对照组、观察组的hs-CRP分别为（4.4±0.5）、（4.5±0.6），治疗后两组分别为（4.3±0.7）、（3.6±0.5），治疗前后对比，差异有统计学意义，且治疗后观察组与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），但两组患者整体治疗效果对比，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 支气管哮喘患者临床治疗中采用克拉霉素联合沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗，可有效改善患者的哮喘症状，提高患者生命质量。

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Clarithromycin Combined with Salmeterol/Fluticasone in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

[Abstract] Objective To analyze and study the effect of Clarithromycin combined with Salmeterol/Fluticasone in the treatment of bronchial asthma. Methods 62 patients admitted in this hospital from Apr. 2013 to Aug. 2014 were randomly divided into two groups， the control group and the observation group. 28 cases in the control group were treated by Salmeterol/Fluticasone， 34 cases in the observation group were treated by Clarithromycin combined with Salmeterol/Fluticasone. And the clinical effects of different treatment methods were compared and analyzed. Results There were significant differences in the clinical symptoms score and pulmonary function of the patients before and after treatment. Before treatment， the hs-CRP of the control group and observation group was （4.4±0.5）， （4.5±0.6）， respectively， and that was （4.3±0.7）， （3.6±0.5）， respectively after treatment， the hs-CRP of both groups after treatment differed in that before treatment and the differences were statisticauy significant， and the difference in hs-CRP after treatment between the two groups was statistically significant（P<0.05）， but no statistically significant difference in the overall therapeutic effect between the two groups， P>0.05. Conclusion For patients with bronchial asthma， Clarithromycin combined with Salmeterol/Fluticasone can improve the symptoms of asthma and quality of life of the patients effectively.

支气管哮喘多被称为哮喘病，为一种典型的气道慢性炎症，因受到环境以及遗传因素的影响，该疾病的发病率不断上升，尤其是儿童以及老年人比较多发，危及患者生命健康。该次研究以2013年4月—2014年8月收治的62例患者为对象，重点分析研究克拉霉素联合沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗效果，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

分析研究该院收治的62例支气管哮喘患者，随机划分为两组，对照组28例，男17例，女11例，年龄为37～67岁，平均年龄为（52±1.0）岁，观察组34例，男20例，女14例，年龄为35～73岁，平均年龄为（54±1.1）岁，比较分析两组患者的临床资料，差异无统计学意义，P>0.05。所选取的患者经诊断，其病情与《支气管哮喘防治指南》所制定的诊断标准相符。……
