[摘要] 目的 探析不同方法治疗儿童不同程度分泌性中耳炎的有效性和安全性。 方法 随机选取2012年5月10日—2014年5月10日在该院接受治疗的111例不同程度分泌性中耳炎患儿，并分为甲、乙、丙组，甲组37例患儿接受鼓膜置管术，乙组37例患儿接受腺样体切除术，丙组37例患儿接受鼓膜置管术与腺样体切除术。 结果 甲组出现鼓膜萎缩、鼓膜钙化斑、鼓膜穿孔不愈合、堵管的共有5例，并发症发生率为13.51%；乙组4例，并发症发生率为10.81%；丙组4例，并发症发生率为21.62%。结论 鼓膜置管术联合腺样体切除术治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效最为显著，具有临床推广价值。

Comparison of the Clinical Feasibility of Different Treatment Methods for Children with Different Severity of Secretory Otitis Media

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effectiveness and safety of different treatment methods for children with different severity of secretory otitis media. Methods 111 children with different severity of secretory otitis media treated in our hospital from 10th May， 2012 to 10th May， 2014 were selected and divided into group A， group B， and group C. 37 cases in group A underwent grommet insertion， 37 cases in group B underwent adenoidectomy， and 37 cases in group C underwent grommet insertion and adenoidectomy. Results In group A， group B and group C， the number with atrophy of the tympanic membrane， eardrum calcification， tympanic membrane perforation nonunion and tube plugging was 5 cases， 4 cases， 4 cases respectively， and the incidence of complications was 13.51%， 10.81%， 21.62%， respectively. Conclusion Grommet insertion combined with adenoidectomy has better effect for secretory otitis media， so it has the value of clinical promotion.

分泌性中耳炎的主要症状为听力下降、耳痛、耳闷、耳鸣等，传统的保守药物治疗疗效并不十分明显，很多研究者积极寻找可靠的手术治疗方法。相关研究者曾在分泌性中耳炎患儿中应用鼓膜置管术或腺样体切除术，但是手术效果并不十分显著。该研究的目的是不同方法治疗儿童不同程度分泌性中耳炎的有效性和安全性，挑选的研究对象是2012年5月10日—2014年5月10日在该院接受治疗的111例分泌性中耳炎患儿，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

挑选的研究对象是在该院接受治疗的111例分泌性中耳炎患儿，将患儿分成3组，甲组37例患儿接受鼓膜置管术（声导抗测试异常者），女性患儿总共有15例，男性患儿总共有22例，最小年龄不低于4.2岁，最大年龄不超过11.2岁，平均年龄大约是（6.25±2.02）岁。……
