大学生亚健康中医证候问卷调查表的设计与评价初探

目的制定针对大学生群体的亚健康中医证候问卷调查表。方法采用文献检索法及Delphi法确定大学生亚健康常见的临床表现，根据问卷调查表的设计原理与方法，将大学生亚健康常见的临床表现设计成问卷条目，形成问卷调查表的初稿。应用初稿进行小样本流调，采用统计学的频率分布法、相关性分析及信度效度检验，对问卷调查表初稿的条目进行修改，形成正式稿。结果形成包括气血亏虚证、心脾两虚证、湿热蕴结证、肝气郁结证、肝郁化火证、肝郁脾虚证和肝肾阴虚证7个维度、自填与访谈相结合的问卷调查表。结论制定的大学生亚健康中医证候问卷调查表具有较好的信度和效度，可用于大学生亚健康中医证候的流行病学调查研究。

〔Abstract〕Objective To establish a questionnaire on TCM syndrome of college students.Method The common clinical manifestations of sub-health university students were confirmed by literature search and Delphi method.According to the designing mechanism and method of a questionnaire，the manifestations were designed to the questionnaire draft with a small range.The items of questionnaire were modified with size-frequency method，correlation analysis and validity test forming the formal questionnaire.Result The questionnaire combining self-written with interview is made of seven dimensions，including syndromes of deficiency of qi and blood，dual deficiency of heart and spleen，damp-heat brewing and binding，binding depression of liver qi，liver depression transforming into fire，liver depression and spleen deficiency，yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Conclusion The constructed TCM syndrome questionnaire of university students sub-health is with high reliability and validity，and it can be applied in the epidemiological investigation on TCM syndromes of college students.

大学生是目前亚健康状态的高危人群之一，大学生群体的亚健康状态也具有一定的独特之处。中医在防治亚健康方面具有明显的优势，尤其是运用“整体观”、“辨证论治”和“治未病”思想为防治亚健康提供了切实可行的途径并且取得了令人满意的疗效［1-3］。证候是中医辨识疾病的模式，是治疗疾病的基石，“辨证论治”体现了中医学从“整体观”思想出发对疾病发展过程的病因、病位、病性等一系列病例本质的阶段性认识和临床干预的思维模式［4］。……
