摘 要：最新《体育师范专业本科和硕士标准》是美国NCATE协会制定的高校师范专业体育教师培养计划与标准的指导性文件。作为体育教师职前培养计划的评价和认证标准，《体育师范专业本科和硕士标准》的内容和架构与美国《学校体育国家标准》高度衔接，目标指向为培养高水平和质量的中小学体育教师。研究分析最新《体育师范专业本科和硕士标准》对推动我国体育教师教育标准的研究和制定有重要的启示。

Abstract：The updated Physical Education Major Undergraduate and Graduate Standard is a development plan for college physical education teacher preparation and a standard guideline approved by American National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education （NCATE）. As the evaluation and accreditation standard for professional physical education teachers， the structure and framework of the Standard are highly in consistent with the American National Standard for Physical Education， targeted at the development of primary and secondary school physical education teachers with high quality. The analysis of the Standard has important enlightenment for the formulation of physical education teacher education standard in China.

美国一直高度关注体育教师教育，将体育教师教育看作影响学校体育改革成败的关健因素。基于这样的目的和诉求，美国NCATE协会（美国全国教师教育认证委员会：National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education的简称）研制了《体育师范专业本科和硕士标准》（for Initial and Advanced Physical Education Teacher Education）（2001年制定，2008年修订）与美国《学校体育国家标准》（1995年制定、2005年修订）形成美国学校体育系统改革。中国虽然在21世纪初启动了新一轮的体育与健康课程改革，但是至今未形成标准、专业、可行的体育教师教育专业标准，为高等体育院系体育教育专业人才培养提供指导性文件。本研究将对美国最新体育师范专业标准进行深入评析，研究其内容、结构、评价取向等，分析其对中国体育教师教育专业标准制定可提供的借鉴和参考。中国于2001年，国务院通过的《国务院关于基础教育改革与发展的决定》以教师教育替代师范教育[1]，因此为研究术语的统一，本研究将美国《体育师范专业本科和硕士标准》简称为《体育教师教育专业标准》。……
