[摘要] 目的 探讨热敏灸治疗腰椎压缩性骨折患者腹胀、便秘的临床效果。 方法 将本科2013年7月～2014年12月收治的80例腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组40例。对照组给予常规处理：顺胃肠方向按摩腹部结合清洁灌肠治疗，观察组给予热敏灸治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。 结果 观察组的住院时间为（20.1±2.1）d，显著短于对照组的（32.2±3.5）d，治疗费用为（3150.6±67.2）元，显著低于对照组的（4710.2±78.2）元（P<0.01）。观察组的总有效率为95.0%，显著高于对照组的77.5%（P<0.05）。 结论 热敏灸能够有效地改善腰椎压缩性骨折患者的腹胀、便秘症状，可缩短住院时间，降低治疗费用，值得推广。

[Abstract] Objective To investigate clinical effect of heat sensitive moxibustion treating abdominal distention and constipation in patients with lumbar vertebral compression fracture. Methods 80 cases with lumbar vertebral compression fracture treated in our department from July 2013 to December 2014 were divided into observation group and control group，and there were 40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment：abdominal massage along the gastrointestinal directioncombined with clean enema treatment，while the observation group was given the heat sensitive moxibustiontreatment.Treatment effect of two groups was compared. Results Hospitalization timeinobservation group[（20.1±2.1） d]was obviouslyshorter than that of control group [（32.2±3.5） d]，and treatment cost of observation group [（3150.6±67.2） yuan] was significantly lower than that of control group[（4710.2±78.2） yuan] （P<0.01）.The total effectiverate of observation group （95.0%）was higher than that of control group （77.5%） （P<0.05）. Conclusion Heat sensitive moxibustion can effectively improve the symptom of abdominal distension and constipation，and shorten hospitalization time and reduce treatment cost.It is worthy of promotion.

腰椎压缩性骨折为一类常见的脊柱损伤，90%脊椎骨折属于这一类型。腰椎压缩性骨折会使腹膜后血管出现破裂，引发腹膜后血肿，进而刺激交感神经节，抑制患者的胃肠蠕动，使胃肠道出现积气、积液，引发腹胀、便秘，其发生往往出现在骨折后12 h[1-3]，且患者于24 h内需绝对卧床，这也会减慢胃肠蠕动，加重腹胀、便秘。在早期研究[4-6]中，腹部按摩、人工掏便和灌肠等是缓解此类并发症的重要方法，但会给患者带来痛苦、不便。近年来，热敏灸被证实在温通经脉、理气消滞等方面具有确切疗效[7-8]，基于此，本文探讨热敏灸治疗腰椎压缩性骨折患者腹胀、便秘的效果，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2013年7月～2014年12月本院收治的腰椎压缩性骨折患者80例，将其随机分为对照组（n=40）和观察组（n=40）。观察组中，男性17例，女性23例，年龄23～69岁，平均（43.5±4.7）岁；单椎体骨折22例，2个及以上椎体骨折18例；对照组中，男性18例，女性22例，年龄23～67岁，平均（43.9±5.1）岁；单椎体骨折23例，2个及以上椎体骨折17例。……
