摘要：本文从镇域环境视角出发，对陕西省凤凰古镇历史景观从特征、构成、价值特色、面临的压力四个方面进行分析，在此基础上，提出保护原则和保护措施，包括将其划分为核心保护区、建设控制区、旅游商业发展区和环境保持区并制定具体的保护措施，以及加强宣传、依法管理、与新农村建设相结合等。

Abstract： In the view of town regional environment， the Fenghuang ancient towns history landscape in Shaanxi province is analyzed from the characteristics， composition， value and the pressure it faced， on this basis， the protection principles and protection measures are put forward， it includes that divide it into core area， the construction control area， tourism business development area and environment conservation area， make specific protection measures， strengthen the propaganda， manages it according to the law and combine with the new rural construction， etc.

目前，对于“历史景观”（Historic Landscape）仍缺乏确切的定义。 “Historic”有两重含义，一重指“历史的、历史上的”，另一重指“具有历史意义与影响的”。在本文中，将历史景观定义为，经过历史时期形成的历史遗存，且能够传递特定遗产文化内涵和具有相应美学价值。古村镇历史景观，就是那些与古村镇相关的历史景观，也就是古村镇范围内及其周边的历史遗存，其形成与演变均与古村镇有着特殊的关系，能够反映古村镇的历史背景、历史职能、地域特征等[1]。

陕西省凤凰古镇的发展经历了长期的封建社会，而封建社会的传统文化和以往遗留下的生产生活方式也深深扎根其中。近些年，由于社会的发展和科技的进步，环境的变迁和新农村建设的推行，给古镇带来生机的同时其历史景观面临巨大的冲击。基于此，本文进行陕西省凤凰古镇历史景观的保护研究，为便于在更完整的历史环境中研究，在传统保护体系的基础上，从镇域环境角度出发进行。以期为同类型的古村镇保护提供一些借鉴，同时也为历史景观的保护工作提供新的思路。……
