摘要：科技期刊审稿工作关系着科技期刊的质量。文章论述了：科技期刊应建立“三审”制；专家审稿的作用可以归纳为以下几个方面：剔除不符合办刊宗旨的稿件，剔除质量不高以及缺乏创新价值的稿件，剔除伪科学的稿件，严把期刊的质量关，对稿件的不足之处，提出修改意见，提高审稿人的学术水准，审稿人可以通过稿件中的大量专业的最新科学技术内容，拓展自己的专业领域；编辑部应做好稿件初审工作减轻专家审稿工作量；建立审稿专家的动态数据库，选准审稿专家并及时与之联系；审稿重点为稿件内容的创新性、科学性和实用性，文字内容，编写格式标准化等。相关专家的审稿是保证论文学术质量的关键环节和重要手段，提高审稿质量，进而可提高刊物的学术水平。

0 引言

科技期刊的审稿工作，是科技期刊编辑出版系统工程中的一项不可缺少的系统工作，编辑部面对大量的稿件，必须进行稿件的初选，再进行下一步的送给专家审稿。专家审稿工作是审稿工作的重要环节。由于现代科学技术的迅猛发展，出现了很多新科学，新专业，各学科和专业相互渗透，互相交叉，论文具有一定的深度和广度，如果仅靠编辑部审稿，编辑们的精力和能力恐怕难以胜任。因此需要选择相关部门和领域的专家学者即审稿人，对稿件进行把关、遴选，以提高稿件质量。……
