摘要：在金融、工商、保险等行业，每天会产生大量的档案资料。在日常的纸质档案管理工作中，档案资料管理困难，查询响应慢，无法实现多人共享，无法与业务系统及办公系统配合使用，信息流程断档等弊端。针对上述问题，可以采用先进的计算机技术（图像处理、OCR识别技术、数据库、存储技术等），实现档案存储、管理和查询的电子化；通过对档案的科学管理及高效利用，从而节省人力、物力和空间，节约成本、提高工作效率提高企业竞争能力和服务水平。

通过专用人民银行核查网络进行身份证联网核查[1]，可以核实登记客户身份的真实性。使用专用二代证核验机具可以实时的机读客户身份证信息和与真人比对，做到“人证合一”，这对于完善联网核查系统和控制业务风险是不可缺少的，是银行联网核查方式的有力补充。

Abstract：In the financial， business， insurance and other industries， a large number of file data is generated every day. In the daily management of the paper files， the file data management difficulties，the query response is slow， unable to realize many people sharing， cannot be used in conjunctionwith the business systems and office systems， information flow has defects. In view of the above problems ， we can use advanced computer technology （image processing， OCR technology， database， storage technology and so on）to electronic file storage， management and query； Through scientific management of archives and efficient use， we can save manpower， material resources and space， save cost，improve work efficiency and improve enterprise competition ability and service level.

The network check ID， through the use of the people's Bank of specialinspection network. We can know the client's authenticity. Using special verification equipment of Two generation ID card， we can real-time machine readable client ID information and real comparison，accomplish "one witness". It is essential to Perfect network verification system and control business risks. It is also a strong complement to bank network verification method.
