摘要：人类文明的进步和城市环境的和谐发展就像一对矛盾体在较量。当人类文明经历了从落后到工业科技革命再到信息服务产业的迅速发展，西方国家城市环境经历了从和谐到污染再到和谐的历史过程。当我们国家正经历工业化的蓬勃发展时期，我们同时也失去了城市环境的和谐，经济和现代化的进步也换来了恶化的城市和健康环境。城市环境问题刻不容缓，本文提出了一些未来城市环境发展的见解。只有通过科技的进步和法制的加强，我们才能在经济发展和城市环境的矛盾体中不断辩证得发展，求得平衡和社会文明的最快进步。

Abstract：The progress of human civilization and the harmonious development of urban environent like a contradiction in the contest. When human civilization，from backwardness to the industrial revolutionin science and technology to rapid development of information service industry，the urban environmentin western countries experienced from the history of harmony to pollution to a harmonious process.When our country is going through a period of vigorous development of the industrialization，we also lose the harmony of the urban environment，economic progress and modernization of cities and healthy environment for the deterioration.Urban environmental problems without delay，This article presents some of the views of the future development of the urban environment. It is only through scientific and technological progress and the strengthening of the rule of law， our economicdevelopment.
