【摘 要】目的：探讨分析护理干预对足跟采血筛查新生儿亲属心理紧张程度的影响。方法：选取我院2013年4月至2014年4月符合条件的新生儿父亲100例为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组采用常规护理的方式进行干预，观察组采用系列性的护理方式进行干预，观察比较两组护理效果。结果：对照组心理紧张程度标记卡值为（8.7±1.4）cm，观察组为（3.5±0.4）cm，两组心理紧张程度标记卡值比较，差异具有统计学意义（t=7.68，P<0.05）。结论：护理干预能够显著降低足跟采血筛查新生儿亲属心理紧张程度，在临床上值得广泛推广。

[Abstract]Objective： To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on heel blood of newborn screening relatives psychological tension. Methods： Selected in our hospital in April 2013 to April 2014 comply with the conditions of the newborn father 100 cases as the object of study were randomly divided into into observation group and control group， to controls by routine nursing intervention， the observation group adopted series of nursing intervention were observed in the nursing effect was compared between the two groups. Results： Control group， mental tension mark card value is （8.7 + 1.4）cm， the observation group was （3.5 + 0.4）cm， the difference between the two groups with statistically significant （t =7.68，P>0.05）.Conclusion： Nursing intervention can significantly reduce the heel blood screening neonatal relatives psychological tension， in clinical worth widely.

先天性遗传性代谢性疾病严重影响着新生儿的健康，其中先天性的甲状腺功能减低症（CH）以及苯丙酮尿症（PKU）是造成儿童智力和生长发育障碍的最主要的两种疾病。开展新生儿疾病筛查能有效地防止儿童智力低下和疾病伤残，降低出生缺陷，提高出生人口的素质[1]。而从新生儿足跟部采取血标本又是新生儿疾病筛查中最基本、最重要的关键环节。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

研究选取的对象是2013年4月至2014年4月我院符合条件的新生儿父亲100例，将其随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组50例，年龄为24～40岁，平均年龄（25±5.3）岁；对照组50例，年龄为25～45岁，平均年龄（27.7±5.4）岁。比较2组患者基本资料（年龄、职业等），差异不显著（P>0.05），无统计学意义，具有可比性。排除标准：精神异常者、智力障碍者、理解力障碍者、语言表达障碍者。

1.2 方法

对照组主要采用常规护理的方式进行干预，在对新生儿进行足跟采血之前，护理人员协助新生儿父亲填写我院自行设计的心理紧张程度标记卡。观察……
