第一步，认真审题。

1. 审文体：除去开头报道辩论赛的时间地点外，辩论赛的内容属于观点对比的议论文。

2. 审时态：报道辩论赛时间地点用一般过去时，后面观点对比以一般现在时为主。

3. 审人称：以第一、三人称为主。

4. 审要点：审题时，写作要点不仅仅是下面的1、2、3，还包括交待写作任务前的情景说明。

第二步，确定结构。

可按3个写作要点分为三段。另2个要点也可分为两段。

第三步，确定内容。
