【摘要】 目的：探讨银杏叶提取物联合百令胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果，以便制定合理的用药方案。方法：收集本院在2014年1月-2015年4月急诊收治的100例糖尿病肾病患者的临床资料，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组，每组50例。两组均给予常规治疗，观察组患者在此基础上采用银杏叶提取物联合百令胶囊的方案进行治疗；对照组在此基础上采用百令胶囊进行治疗，比较两组患者的尿蛋白、血清肌酐、尿素氮、血浆白蛋白及血液动力学指标等。结果：观察组治疗后的全血黏度、血浆黏度、全细胞压积分别为（4.82±1.51）mPa·s、（0.43±0.20）mPa·s、（0.61±0.06），均明显优于对照组的（6.40±2.21）mPa·s、

（0.56±0.16）mPa·s、（0.37±0.04），差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组治疗后的尿蛋白、血清肌酐、尿素氮、血浆白蛋白分别为（758.02±315.46）mg/24 h、（95.50±15.30）μmol/L、（5.76±1.21）mmol/L、

（39.19±5.42）g/L，均明显优于对照组的（1545.76±515.43）mg/24 h、（113.10±18.40）μmol/L、（6.84±1.45）mmol/L、

（34.82±4.53）g/L，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组患者在治疗过程中均未发现严重不良反应。结论：银杏叶提取物联合百令胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效显著，药物配伍应用能显著改善肾小球内的血流动力学及高凝状态，降低血栓，血液动力学及各项指标明显改善，有效预防蛋白尿发病，不良反应发生少，复发率低，安全稳定，值得作为临床用药首选方案。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Ginkgo Biloba Extract combined with Bailing Capsules in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy，in order to develop a reasonable regimen method.Method：The clinical data of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy in emergency department of our hospital from January 2014 to April 2015 were collected.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group，50 cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional therapy.On the basis of this，the observation group was treated with Ginkgo Biloba Extract combined with Bailing Capsule.The control group was treated with Bailing Capsule on the basis of conventional therapy.The urinary protein，serum creatinine，urea nitrogen，plasma albumin and hemodynamic indexes between the two groups were compared.Result：After treatment，the whole blood viscosity，plasma viscosity，hematocrit of the observation group were （4.82±1.51）mPa·s，（0.43±0.20）mPa·s，（0.61±0.06） respectively，which were significantly better than （6.40±2.21）mPa·s，（0.56±0.16）mPa·s，（0.37±0.04） of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.And the urinary protein，serum creatinine，urea nitrogen，plasma albumin of the observation group were （758.02±315.46）mg/24 h，（95.50±15.30）μmol/L，（5.76±1.21）mmol/L，（39.19±5.42）g/L respectively，which were significantly better than （1545.76±515.43）mg/24 h，（113.10±18.40）μmol/L，（6.84±1.45）mmol/L，

（34.82±4.53）g/L of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.No serious adverse reactions were found in the treatment of the two groups.Conclusion：The clinical effect of Ginkgo Biloba Extract combined with Bailing Capsule in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy is remarkable，drug compatibility application can significantly improve glomerular hemodynamics and hypercoagulable state，reduce thrombosis，improve hemodynamics and the index，effectively prevent the occurrence of proteinuria，with less adverse reaction，low recurrence rate and high security and stability，it is worth as the preferred solution of clinical medication.

随着经济的迅速发展，人们生活水平的改善，遗传等多种因素使糖尿病肾病的发病率一直位居高位，临床表现为蛋白尿、肾功能降低及水肿等症状，严重危害患者的生命健康，该病目前尚未找到有效的治疗方式，所以，寻找一种合理有效的治疗方式成为目前临床关注的热点，研究发现，从银杏叶子中提取的物质能有效用于心血管和哮喘疾病的预防，同时，百令胶囊能有效降血脂，延缓糖尿病肾病的发展[1-3]。本文尝试将银杏叶提取物与百令胶囊联合应用治疗糖尿病肾病，特选取2014年1月-2015年4月本院急诊收治的50例糖尿病肾病患者作为用药对象，同时将50例采取单独使用百令胶囊的糖尿病肾病患者作为对照组进行对比分析，现将具体研究过程介绍如下。……
