【摘要】如何加强基建工程档案资料管理工作是提高基建工程质量的一项非常重要的工作。基建档案是单位档案的组成部分之一，反映了建设项目管理工作的真实过程，基建档案为单位事业发展提供了依据和条件。新时期，应加强基建档案管理，提高对基建档案重要性的认识，做好基建档案管理工作，实现基建档案工作自身价值，为发展和谐社会和经济建设提供档案服务，提升单位管理水平和基建工程建设水平。

【Abstract】How to strengthen the infrastructure project file management of infrastructure projects to improve the quality of work is a very important job. Infrastructure is an integral part of the unit file archives， reflect the true process of building project management， infrastructure archives provides the basis and conditions for the development of the unit. New Era， should strengthen infrastructure archives management， increase awareness of the importance of archives infrastructure， good infrastructure archives management， infrastructure archives realize their own values to provide file services for the development of a harmonious society and economic development， improve the management level units and infrastructure projects construction level.

随着我国社会主义市场经济建设不断发展，作为国家和单位发展的基础设施建设，基建工程项目建设也愈来愈得到了深入的发展，国家加强基建工程管理，制定了相应法规、政策、标准，逐步与国际惯例接轨。基建工程档案资料是基建工程建设过程中形成的历史记录，是基建工程管理的重要组成部分，因此，如何加强基建工程档案资料管理工作是提高基建工程质量的一项非常重要的工作。单位近几年基建工程项目建设也得到了发展，在基建工程档案管理中，也出现了新形势下的问题和困难，现就本人在基层档案室基建工程档案管理的体会，谈一谈对基建档案管理的看法：
