【 摘 要 】 随着部队信息化建设的日益完善，网络信息技术在部队院校中也得到了广泛的应用并逐步成为院校科研、工作、教学等必不可少的工具，信息资源的共享分析处理大大提高了学校的工作效率，但随之带来的安全问题也引起广泛关注，网络信息安全逐渐成为部队院校信息化建设中一个不容忽视的问题。文章通过对当前信息化建设中存在的信息安全问题进行梳理，并分析其产生的原因，提出了相应的解决措施，旨在提高部队院校网络信息安全程度，使之能够更加安全可靠地为部队院校提供服务。

【 Abstract 】 With the information construction in the army improving continuously， the network information technology in military academies has been widely used and gradually become an indispensable tool in research， day-to-day work and teaching. Sharing of information resources greatly improve the efficiency of work， however， the security problems draw much attention. The network information security gradually become a noticeable issue in military academies. The information security problems in the information construction and the causes are analyzed. The corresponding measures are put forward， which is aimed at improving the level of the security of network information in military academies and offers higher security and reliable information service.

1 引言

信息化建设是部队院校根据自身发展的需要，采用网络信息技术来加强管理、 提升服务水平、提高教学管理效率和科研水平，构建教学、管理、训练有机结合的一体化信息体系。部队院校信息化“以信息化引导教学科研现代化、信息化建设主导教学科研工作的改革创新，建设现代教学科研体系，优化教学科研过程”。计算机网络信息技术的应用变革了原有的教育模式、教学方法，增强了教育的开放性，促进了教育的现代化发展。伴随网络利用程度越来越髙，可利用资源也越来越丰富，与此相对应，学校开展进行的各项工作对网络依赖程度也越来越高。但是，随之带来的网络信息安全问题却不容忽视。在部队院校信息化的建设中，信息作为学校教育教学的重要资源，一旦由于管理不慎导致某些事故发生，将给学校的信息化建设带来严重的后果，关注信息的安全问题有着重要意义。……
