6月27-28日，在国务院侨办的支持下，美中生物医药协会专家考察团王义汉博士一行7人访问重庆。两江新区管委会副主任汤宗伟会见并陪同代表团参观了两江新区规划展览馆。汤宗伟向代表团简要介绍了重庆与两江新区概况，并欢迎专家们为重庆带来更多的投资项目和先进技术。王义汉感谢汤主任的会见，表示此次把重庆作为非常重要的一站，并且选择两江新区作为了解重庆的窗口。

27日下午，“美中生物医药协会专家考察团交流座谈会”在重庆市政府外侨大楼举行，副主任刘光术出席并主持会议，市经信委、市药监局、两江新区管委会等单位向代表团介绍了重庆医药发展的概况，北大医药、福安药业、药友药业等多家市内企业代表与考察团成员进行了深入交流。

28日，代表团一行分别参观了北大医药、福安药业以及两江新区水土高新园、医药产业园。

Experts’ Delegation of Chinese-American BioMedical Association visited Chongqing

Dr Wang Yihan led 7 experts from the Chinese-American BioMedical Association, with the support from the overseas Chinese Affairs Off i ce of the State Council,visited Chongqing on June 27-28th. Deputy Director of the board of management of Liangjiang New Area,Tang Zongwei met and accompanied the delegation to Liangjiang New Area Planning Exhibition Hall.Tang Zongwei briefed the delegation about the overview in Chongqing and the Liangjiang new area, and welcomed the experts bring more investments and advanced technology to Chongqing. Wang Yihan expressed that he saw Chongqing as a very important station and Liangjiang new area as the window to understand more about Chongqing.

The experts’ delegation of Chinese-American BioMedical Association exchange symposium was held at Chongqing Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Off i ce on June 27.the Deputy Director Liu Guangshu attended and presided over the meeting, Chongqing Economic Information Commission, the municipal Drug Administration Bureau, liangjiang CMC briefed the delegation on the pharmaceutical development in Chongqing, representatives of other local enterprises exchanged advice with members of the delegation.

The delegation visited PKU health care, Fu’an pharmaceutical, Yao pharmaceutical and Liangjiang Shuitu high-tech Park industrial park and pharmaceutical park on 28th.
