摘要：目的：探讨利普刀治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效，为今后临床治疗提供参考和借鉴。 方法：选取2012年1月～2013年1月期间我院收治的100例宫颈糜烂患者为研究对象，根据治疗方式的不同分为两组，对照组患者采用微波治疗仪进行治疗，观察组患者采用利普刀进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的治疗效果明显高于对照组患者，p<0.05；观察组患者的复发率、术中出血量、术后脱痂出血量及阴道排液时间明显优于对照组患者，p<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论：利普刀治疗宫颈糜烂的临床疗效比较显著，安全性比较高，复发率比较低，值得在临床实践中广泛的应用和推广。

Abstract：Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of LEEP in the treatment of cervical erosion， for the future clinical treatment and provide reference. Methods： from 2012 January to January during the ～2013 years of 100 cases with cervical erosion patients in our hospital as the research object， according to the different treatment methods into two groups， control group were treated with microwave therapy instrument group of patients， the patients in observation group were treated by LEEP， compared two groups of patients treatment effect. Results： the patients in the observation group treatment effect was significantly higher than that of patients in the control group， P < 0.05； observation group patients relapse rate， intraoperative bleeding volume， postoperative exuvial hemorrhage volume and time of vaginal discharge is obviously better than the patients in the control group， P < 0.05， with significant difference. Conclusion： compared the clinical efficacy of LEEP in the treatment of cervical erosion， high security， low recurrence rate， worthy of wide range of application and promotion in clinical practice.

宫颈糜烂是女性比较常见的妇科疾病之一，其发病人群主要集中于育龄妇女。随着社会的不断发展，人们的生活方式发生了很大的改变，宫颈糜烂的发生率近几年来呈现不断上升的趋势，其发病原因主要是由于细菌感染导致上皮脱落而形成糜烂，和体内分泌有很大的关系[1]。其临床症状主要表现为患者的白带增多，或者白带中带有血丝等，一些病情比较严重的患者还有尿频、尿急等症状，严重威胁患者的身体健康，影响患者的生活质量。因此，正确的治疗方式对提高女性生活质量有重大的意义[2]。近年来，我院对宫颈糜烂患者采用利普刀进行治疗，效果满意，现将其报告如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取2012年1月～2013年1月我院收治的100例宮颈糜烂患者为研究对象，按照治疗方法的不同分为对照组与观察组，每组50例。对照组患者年龄为22～46岁，平均年龄为（34.5±3.2）岁，患病时间为3个月～9个月，平均患者时间为（6.5±1.2）个月，其中中度宫颈糜烂者为26例，重度宫颈糜烂者为24例，单纯型为12例，颗粒型为19例，乳突型为19例；……
