【摘要】目的 对临床儿科护理工作中可能存在的相关护理风险因素进行有效分析，并对其相关的预防对策实施有效分析。方法 选取我院2011年3月~2013年12月收治的200例儿科患儿作为本次研究的观察对象，其中，将采取常规护理的100例患儿作为对照组，而采取针对性护理的100患儿作为观察组，对两组患儿在医院内或是科室内的相关护理投诉情况进行记录，并分析护理风险因素进行分析，以观察其护理效果。结果 观察组投诉率为4%，显著低于对照组的21%（P<0.05）。结论 在临床儿科护理工作中，积极采取相关的预防对策，将能大大减少護理风险，提高患儿的护理满意度。

文章选取我院2011年3月~2013年12月收治的200例儿科患儿作为本次研究的观察对象，通过对相关的护理风险因素进行分析并采取针对性的预防对策后，取得了较明显的效果，现作如下分析报告。

1资料与方法

1.1.临床资料

选取我院2011年3月~2013年12月收治的200例儿科患儿作为本次研究的观察对象，男111例，女89例，年龄均在30d~10岁之间，平均年龄为（6.1±0.5）岁。随机将所有患儿分为对照组与观察组各100例，而两组患儿在性别、年龄与病情等一般资料上比较无差异，有一定可比性（P>0.05）。

1.2方法

对照组所有患儿均被给予常规护理，即记录体征，进行常规检测与静脉穿刺等，而观察组则在常规护理基础上给予患儿针对性的护理措施，即护理人员对儿科护理工作中可能存在的相关护理风险因素，如护理差错、服务质量差等进行具体的分析，进而采取针对性的预防对策［1］。如……
