【摘 要】目的：掌握庆阳市狂犬病流行病学特征，分析患者可能的感染来源，为制定狂犬病预防控制策略、科学开展防治工作提供依据。方法：对2013年中国疾病预防控制系统网络报告庆阳市5例狂犬病流行病学调查信息进行分析、描述。结果：庆阳市狂犬病感染来源可能为相邻市区传人。肇事犬的来历，以流浪犬为主。群众缺乏狂犬病防治知识，造成对犬伤后的伤口处理不规范，没有注射狂犬免疫制剂。基层医务人员对狂犬病的认识不足，诊断合格率底。结论：大力开展狂犬病防治的健康教育，加大医务人员狂犬病防治知识培训，是提高群众对狂犬病的认识和医务人员对狂犬病的诊断、鉴别诊断水平。积极采取有效控制措施，防止狂犬病疫情进一步扩散蔓延。

Qingyang city in 2013 rabies epidemiology diagnosis

【Abstract】Objective： to control rabies epidemiology in qingyang， analysis of possible sources of infection in patients with， for the development of rabies prevention and control strategy and sciences provide a basis for prevention and treatment. Methods：for 2013， the China disease prevention and control system networks reported 5 cases of rabies in qingyang epidemiological information analyzes and describes. Results：of qingyang city possible descendants for the neighboring city of rabies infection. Hit dog's origins， dominated by stray dogs. People lack knowledge of rabies prevention and control， which has resulted in irregular wound treatment after injury in dogs without injecting rabies immunization agents. Grass-roots medical personnel's lack of awareness on rabies， late diagnosis rate. Conclusion：intense health education about rabies prevention， rabies prevention training more medical personnel， was to raise public awareness of rabies and medical personnel on the level of diagnosis and differential diagnosis of rabies. Positive and effective control measures to prevent the spread of rabies outbreak spread further.

狂犬病是由狂犬病病毒引起的一种人兽共患传染病，许多种类的哺乳动物都与狂犬病的传播有关，犬是我人狂犬病最主要的储存宿主和传播宿主。人感染狂犬病最常见的方式是通过感染狂犬病毒的犬、猫等食肉动物的咬伤、挠抓、舔舐皮肤或粘膜破损处而感染。狂犬病毒主要通过破损的皮肤或粘膜侵入人体，经神经末梢上行进入中枢神经系统，临床表现主要为急性、进行性、几乎不可逆转的脑脊髓炎，病死率 100%[1]。自 2004 年以来全国狂犬病报告发病数呈上升趋势，病死數居我国 37 种法定报告传染病首位。……
