[摘要] 目的 探讨不同护理模式干预在精神病患者中的应用效果。 方法 将70例以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组的基础上给予认知行为护理，比较两组患者的社会功能和阴性症状情况。 结果 观察组的日常生活能力、社会技能、动性和交往等社会功能方面的得分显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组的阴性症状量表总分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。 结论 认知行为护理能够显著改变精神病患者的不良行为模式，建立良好的行为模式，提高社会功能。

Effect of different nursing mode intervention on mental patients negative symptoms and social function in psychiatric patients

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of different nursing mode intervention in psychiatric patients. Methods 70 cases of schizophrenia patients with negative symptoms were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was received routine nursing care,the observation group was given cognitive behavior nursing based on the control group,the social function and negative symptoms in two groups were compared. Results The daily life ability,social skills,and communication and other social function scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Negative symptom scale score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Cognitive behavioral nursing can significantly change the mode of bad behavior to set up good patterns of behavior for psychiatric patients,and improve the social function.

精神分裂症是一组常见、病因不明的精神疾病，多发生于青壮年，致残率和复发率均较高，严重危害患者的生活质量，给社会和家庭带来了沉重的负担。随着社会生活压力的增大，精神分裂症的发病率有增高的趋势。虽然抗精神病药物在缓解精神病病情方面起重要作用，但是单纯性药物治疗仍然存在诸多问题，其对于以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症的作用甚微。以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症患者伴随不良的行为模式与患者的始动性缺乏有关。近来有研究显示，认知行为护理能够显著改善精神分裂患者的病态行为[1]。本院2012年10月～2013年3月对35例精神分裂症患者采用认知行为护理模式，效果满意。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

70例精神分裂症患者，纳入标准：①所有患者均符合CCMD-3对慢性精神分裂症患者的诊断标准；②均签署知情同意书；③受教育程度为初中及以上；④服用利培酮、奎硫平、氯氮平等药物治疗；……
