[摘要] 目的 探讨手术室环境管理在人工关节置换术中的应用效果。 方法 以本院2011年5月～2013年8月收治的221例人工关节置换术患者为研究对象，按入院时间，将2011年5月～2012年6月收治的113例患者归为对照组，将2012年7月～2013年8月收治的108例患者归为观察组。自2012年7月开始，本院手术室开始进行手术室管理专项行动，比较两组患者术中环境质量、术后感染发生率及医生与患者对手术环境的主观评价情况。 结果 观察组患者术中手术环境优于对照组，术后感染发生率低于对照组，医生与患者对手术环境的主观评价高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 对手术室进行环境管理可以有效提高人工关节置换术中手术室环境水平，降低患者术后感染的风险，增强医生和患者的主观满意度。

The effect analysis of environmental management in the operation of artificial joint replacement

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of environmental management in the operation of artificial joint replacement. Methods 221 patients with the need of artificial joint replacement from May 2011 to August 2013 were selected as the research object,according to admission time,113 patients treated from May 2011 to June 2012 were selected as the control group,108 patients treated from July 2012 to August 2013 were selected as the observation group,since the beginning in July 2012,our hospital operating room to begin operating room management initiative,the intraoperative environmental quality,the incidence of postoperative infection,and doctors and patients subjective assessment of the operation environment of two groups of patients were compared. Results The environmental quality of the observation group was better than that of the control group,lower incidence of postoperative infection than the control group,doctors and patients with subjective assessment of the operation environment was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion In the operating room environment management can effectively improve the level of artificial joint replacement in the operating room environment,reduce a patient′s risk of postoperative infection,strengthen the doctor and the patient′s subjective satisfaction.

随着外科技术的发展，越来越多的疾病可以通过手术方式进行根治，临床手术量逐渐增大。但随着消毒技术的进步，仍有研究显示，一些医院的术后感染率呈现明显上升趋势[1]。笔者认为，可能是由于抗生素滥用导致的耐药性增加或者由于手术量上升后，手术室环境质量的下降造成术中感染风险的加大[2-3]。人工关节置换术是一种在临床上广泛应用的术式，由于其受术者主要为高龄患者，其抵抗力低下、营养状况不佳，同时可能合并糖尿病、冠心病等，所以术后感染率一直居高不下[4-5]。本研究以本院2011年5月～2013年8月收治的221例人工关节置换术患者为研究对象，就手术室环境管理对人工关节置换术后感染情况控制的作用进行分析。……
