【摘 要】 随着改革开放的不断深入，生产力不断发展，工、农业生产技术的进步，各种类型及功率等级的电动机在工业、农业生产及人们的日常生活中所扮演的角色也越来越重要，可以想象如果它们都集体“罢工”的话，那我们的生产、生活将乱到什么程度，比如：停水、停电、电梯停运、冷、暖气停送等等，将让我们无法想象，所以了解它的结构及工作原理，在运行中的维护及停机保养，使我们能够在以后的工作生活中更好使用它们，让它们更好的为我们的生产、生活服务。

1. 三相异步电动机的结构

在我们日常工作及生活中所普遍使用的电动机大多为中小型三相异步电动机，其结构非常简单，而且具有坚固耐用、维修方便、体积小、重量轻、易起动、成本低、价格便宜等很多优点，因此在我们的工农业生产中得到广泛应用，它由定子和转子两个基本部分组成，另外还有端盖、内外油盖、冷却风扇、轴承、接线盒等零部件。定子由定子铁心、定子线圈（绕组）和机座三部分组成；转子由转轴、转子铁心、转子绕组等组成。

2. 三相异步电动机的工作原理

2.1 旋转磁场。三相异步电动机的三相定子绕组（结构相同）连接成星形（Y）或三角形（△），将其三个出线端接到对称的三相电源上（各相电源之间的相位差为120°），就有对称的三相正旋电流流过。当电流流过三相绕组，根据电流的磁效应可知，每个绕组都产生了一个按正旋规律变化的磁场。……
