【摘要】病历翻拍就是使用数字成像仪直接将装订好的历史纸质病案拍摄成彩色或黑白的数字图像储存。拍摄技术简单，储存方便、安全，使用空间小，经济实惠，是医院信息管理的重要发展。同时还可减轻管理人员的工作负担、解放劳动力。将装订好的病案拆开装订进行逐页拍摄，包括所有的检查和化验单等，由专人审查复核拍摄质量、数量、内容等，所有程序完成后存入储存器，消除了涂改、磨损、丢失等隐患。临床医疗、科学研究、教学查阅可通过各工作站的浏览器直接查阅、现场教学，病历不需要复印，只需要通过打印机可以全部打印、也可以根据需要设置打印内容和数量。减少排队和等候时间，减少医患矛盾，同时可以提高经济收入。打印病历节省了复印机、碳粉、硒鼓、显影器、搓纸轮等昂贵的开支。

[Abstract]Medical remake is to use digital imager stapled directly to the history of paper medical records taken into color or black and white digital image storage.Shooting technique is simple，easy to store，secure，use a small space，affordable；hospital information management is an important direction of development.It also can release some labors.Medical records will be stapled binding by-page open shooting，including all examinations and tests alone，etc.，investigated and checked by hand，recording quality，quantity，content，etc.，all information stored in memory after the procedure is completed，this can eliminating altered，wear，loss and other risks.Clinical care，research，teaching can be accessed through a browser direct to each workstation.Health record do not need to copy，the printer can print all. This will save the time for patient and gain more money for hospital.

纸张病案上架子采用密集架保存，可以有效的防尘、防晒、防蛀、防霉变，这是目前纸质病案最有效的保存方法[1]。但是长时间重复的查找存取利用，导致的磨损，抽插的错误，久而久之都会造成病案资料不完整。为了能更好的管理病案节省储存空间，又能永久有效的发挥重要的作用，采用现代化的管理方法——病案翻拍数字化储存[2]。拍摄技术简单，储存方便、保存永久、安全，使用空间小，经济实惠，是医院信息管理的重要发展。同时还可减轻工作人员的负担、解放劳动力[3]。最大的好处在于信息资源共享，提高了工作效率，减少了医患矛盾，所以这一技术的开展势在必行。……
