【摘要】目的：为了进一步提高高血压伴血脂异常患者的临床治疗效果和寻求最佳的药物组合，分析和探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀片联合舒心降脂片在治疗过程中的应用可行性。方法：按照随机双盲对照的原则抽取在我科住院治疗55例高血压伴血脂异常患者作为治疗观察对象，对照组的27例患者治疗上仅给予舒心降脂片口服治疗，而观察组28例患者在给予舒心降脂片口服治疗的同时给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀片口服治疗，观察采取不同的药物组合方案的临床总有效率和血脂改变情况。结果：经过统计分析发现，观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率和对照组患者相比显著占优势，且两组患者的比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组和对照组患者的血脂指标和用药之前相比都有所好转，而观察组患者好转情况比对照组患者更有优势，两组患者比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对于高血压伴血脂异常患者的治疗，除了给予舒心降脂片治疗的同时加用氨氯地平阿托伐他汀片治疗，不仅可以增加了患者病情好转，而且明显降低患者体内的血脂水平，有效预防不良事件的发生，值得推广和应用。

[Abstract]Objective：To further improve the clinical efficacy for hypertension and dyslipidemia and find the best treatment，as well as analyze and explore the feasibility of amlodipine atorvastatin combined with shuxin lipid-lowering tablet on treating this disease.Methods：55 patients with hypertension and dyslipidemia in our hospital were divided into observation objects by random number table，the control group（27 cases）was treated by shuxin lipid-lowering tablet，the observation group（28 cases） was treated by amlodipine atorvastatin combined with shuxin lipid-lowering tablet，the total effective rate and blood lipid changes of different treatment were observed.Results：After statistical analysis it found that the total effective rate of observation group was significantly better than control group，differences between 2 groups were statistically significant（P<0.05）；the blood lipid parameter of observation group and control group had turned better compared to that before treatment，but the improvement degree of observation group was higher than control group，difference had statistical significance（P<0.05）.Conclusion：For the treatment of hypertension and dyslipedemia，it can help patients recover to normal，decrease the level of blood lipid significantly，prevent adverse reactions from happening effectively that applying amlodipine atorvastatin combined with shuxin lipid-lowering tablet，which is worthy of being promoted and applied in clinic.

随着我国人口数量的增多和经济生活水平提高，心内科门急诊因高血压而就诊的患者的数量越来越多，这部分患者中有相当大的一部分患者同时伴有血脂异常，从而诱发各种程度不同的并发症，已引起临床医师的广泛关注[1]。由于血压升和血脂升高时心脑血管疾病的发病重要诱发因素之一，且二者之间具有相关促进的作用，严重增加了患者发生动脉粥样硬化和心脑血管疾病的风险[2]。氨氯地平阿托伐他汀片属于中成药制剂，可以同时对血压和血脂两方面因素同时起到调控的作用。而舒心降脂片具有补气、养血、通络的功效[3]。……
