[摘要] 目的 探讨小梁切除术联合青光眼引流器植入治疗青光眼的临床疗效。 方法 选取我院2011年1月~2013年1月收治的青光眼患者60例（97眼），将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组（50眼）采用小梁切除联合青光眼引流器植入治疗，对照组（47眼）单独采用小梁切除术，并对两组治疗效果进行比较。 结果 两组患者术后视力恢复情况的比较，观察组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；眼压下降情况的比较，观察组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；功能性滤过泡形成的比较，观察明显大于对照组（P＜0.05）；术后并发症的比较，观察组并发症的发生率明显小于对照组（P＜0.05）。 结论 青光眼引流器植入联合小梁切除术治疗青光眼患者疗效确切，可明显提高患者视力，降低眼压，且并发症少，安全有效，值得临床推广。

Efficacy observation of trabeculectomy combined with glaucoma drainage device implantation in treatment of glaucoma

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of trabeculectomy combined with glaucoma drainage device implantation in the treatment of glaucoma. Methods Sixty patients (97 eyes) with glaucoma treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group (50 eyes) received trabeculectomy combined with glaucoma drainage device implantation treatment and the control group (47 eyes) received single trabeculectomy. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared. Results In terms of postoperative vision recovery situation, the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05); In terms of intraocular pressure decrease, the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05); In terms of functional bleb formation, the observation group was significantly larger than the control group (P＜0.05); In terms of postoperative complications, the observation group had significantly lower incidence of complications than the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of glaucoma, trabeculectomy combined with glaucoma drainage device implantation shows accurate efficacy, can significantly improve the patients' vision, reduces intraocular pressure, causes few complications and is safe and effective, thereby worthy of clinical promotion.

青光眼是指眼内压力间断或持续升高的一种眼病，持续的高眼压会给眼球各部分组织和视功能带来严重损害，如不及时治疗可能会导致失明，且青光眼是临床上常见的致盲眼病之一。小梁切除术是临床常用的治疗青光眼的方法，但其术后常导致多种并发症，严重影响治疗效果。而近年来我院在应用青光眼引流器植入联合小梁切除治疗青光眼方面治疗效果显著，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

本次研究中患者均为我院2011年1月~2013年1月收治青光眼患者60例（97眼），其中男26例（42眼），女34例（55眼），年龄39~68岁，平均53.2岁，所有患者均符合中华医学会眼科分会的诊断标准，其中23例（36眼）急性闭角型青光眼，22例（34眼）慢性闭角型青光眼，9例（14眼）原发开角型青光眼，6例（13眼）继发性青光眼。……
