[摘要] 目的 探讨门诊应用自动痔疮套扎术治疗内痔的临床效果。 方法 将80例内痔患者按照抽签方法随机分为两组，标记为对照组、治疗组。对照组40例患者进行住院手术治疗，治疗组40例患者进行门诊手术治疗，所有患者均进行自动痔疮套扎术治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、不良反应。 结果 治疗组患者治疗总有效率为97.5%，对照组患者治疗总有效率为95.0%，两组患者差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗组不良反应发生率为10.0%；对照组不良反应发生率为7.5%，两组患者差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗组患者治疗费用为（1840.5±147.4）元，对照组患者治疗费用为（5289.4±378.2）元，两组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。 结论 门诊应用自动痔疮套扎术治疗内痔其临床效果及术后并发症发生情况与住院患者住院治疗相当，但是可明显减少患者治疗费用，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation of application of automatic hemorrhoid ligation in treatment of internal hemorrhoids in outpatient department

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the clinical effects of automatic hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids in the outpatient department. Methods Eighty patients with internal hemorrhoids were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the lots drawing method. The 40 patients of the control group received hospitalization surgical treatment and the 40 patients of the treatment group received outpatient surgical treatment. All patients received automatic hemorrhoid ligation treatment. The clinical treatment effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective treatment rate of the treatment group was 97.5% and that of the control group was 95.0%, with no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group was 10.0% and that of the control group was 7.5%, with no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05). The treatment cost of the treatment group was (1840.5±147.4) yuan and that of the control group was (5289.4±378.2) yuan, with statistically significant difference between the two groups (P＜0.01). Conclusion The application of automatic hemorrhoid ligation treatment in the outpatient department has comparative clinical effects and incidence of postoperative complications to the hospitalization treatment, but it can significantly reduce the treatment cost， thereby worthy of clinical promotion.

痔是一种十分常见的临床疾病，影响人们的生活质量，随着现代人们对生活质量的要求逐渐升高，健康意识逐渐增强，因为便后出血、便后痔突出等临床症状而来院治疗的患者人数逐年增多，其中以内痔患者尤多[1-2]。多数内痔患者发生内痔出血药物治疗即可痊愈，但是仍有部分患者保守治疗效果较差，尤其是内痔脱出药物治疗较差。自动痔疮套扎术治疗内痔具有简单、方便，而且具有很好的疗效[3]。本实验研究门诊应用自动痔疮套扎术治疗内痔的临床观察，现将结果报道如下。……
