[摘要] 目的 比较强力吸引器和吸唾器在窝沟封闭中的应用效果。 方法 将40例接受窝沟封闭的学生采用自身半口对照法，一侧应用强力吸引器，另一侧应用吸唾器，比较两组的操作时间、酸蚀次数、舒适度及窝沟封闭剂完整保留率。 结果 两组的操作时间、酸蚀次数、舒适度比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。强吸组的窝沟封闭剂完整保留率为97.50%，弱吸组的窝沟封闭剂完整保留率为92.50%，差异无统计学意义（P>0.5）。 结论 在窝沟封闭操作过程中，应用强力吸引器配合吸唾，操作时间短，酸蚀次数少，舒适度好。

[Abstract] Objective To compare the application effects of powerful suction and saliva ejector in pit and fissure sealant. Methods The half-control method was used in 40 students with pit and fissure sealant.The powerful suction was used in one side and saliva ejector was used in the other side.Operation time，acid etching，comfort rate，pit and fissure sealant full retention rate of two groups was compared respectively. Results Operation time，acid etching，comfort rate of two groups was compared respectively，with statistical difference（P<0.05）.Pit and fissure sealant full retention rate in strong suction group was 97.5%，pit and fissure sealant full retention rate in weak suction group was 92.5%，with no statistical difference（P>0.05）. Conclusion Powerful suction applied in pit and fissure sealant，the operation time is short，the etch is less and has good comfort.

窝沟封闭术是在不去除牙体组织，在牙合 面、颊面或舌面的点隙沟裂处涂布一层粘结性树脂，保护牙釉质不受细菌及代谢产物的侵蚀，达到预防龋齿发生的一种有效方法[1]。本院口腔科是北京市窝沟封闭定点医疗机构之一，承担行政辖区内适龄学生的免费窝沟封闭工作，操作中实行四手操作，由一名口腔科医生和一名口腔科护士共同实施。牙科综合治疗台配备强力吸引器和吸唾器两种吸引装置，简称强吸和弱吸。本文主要观察强力吸引器和吸唾器在窝沟封闭中的应用效果。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

选取2012年5～10月窝沟封闭项目实施期间来本院口腔科接受操作的40例学生，两侧下颌第一恒磨牙的咬合面和颊沟窝沟深、两个牙面均需要封闭者；男18例，女22例；年龄7～9岁，平均（7.95±0.77）岁；依据使用吸引装置的不同，将所有患者分为强吸组和弱吸组，各40例。
