【 摘 要 】 为了顺应时代的发展步伐，提高工作效率，IP视频会议系统已经逐步应用于我们的工作和生活当中，但是其音视频同步问题一直是研究的焦点。本文先简要介绍了IP视频会议系统的结构和特点，然后论述了其音视频不同步的原因，最后阐述音视频同步的解决方案，以使IP视频会议系统更好地为人们服务。

Research of the Audio-Video Synchronous Technology for Video Conference System over IP

【 Abstract 】 In order to comply with the pace of the development of the times and improve the efficiency of work ， video conference system over IP has been gradually applied in our works and live， but its audio-video synchronous technology has been the focus of the study. This paper briefly describes the structure and characteristics of the video conference system over IP， and then the reasons why the audio-video is not synchronized is discussed. Finally it elaborates the audio-video synchronizations solutions in order to video conference system can provide better services for people.

1 前言

计算机技术以其高效、快捷等特点不断发展和进步着，它已经慢慢融入了我们的日常工作当中。在这个技术中，怎样保证接收端能够准确获得多种媒体的时间关系，也就是所谓的媒体间的同步，一直是我们研究的话题，这里所说的媒体同步主要指的是音频和视频的同步。

音视频同步是存在于系统当中的音频和视频信息之间或与其自身的时间状态关系，例如音频数据在发送、传输和接收过程中都要确保是连续的，这是音频数据自身的时间状态关系，属于音频内同步；若音频信息和视频流的变化之间保持一致的时间关系，这就属于两种媒体间同步。在获取信息、存储信息、传输信息和演示的过程中都会关系到音视频同步问题。所以为了达到同步的效果，在每一个步骤上都需要进行深入分析。

2 IP视频会议系统

现在运行在IP网络上的系统类型大体有二个：一种是基于H.323协议的相互依赖性较高的会议；另一种是可以进行拓展的相互依赖性很低的会议，节省了时间和资金。……
