摘要：随着社会的发展，现代的房屋建筑也向着更高、体型更复杂、结构形式更多样、功能更齐全、综合性更强的方向发展着。房屋建筑在建设过程中的安全问题也越来越重要。本文对现在房屋建筑施工过程中安全管理现状进行了分析，提出了对加强房屋建筑施工安全管理要采取的措施，从而保证房屋建筑工程施工的进度和质量。

建筑行业在我国的国民经济发展中占据着无可替代位置，因此社会对于建筑方面安全事故问题也越来越敏感。近年来，随着我国市场经济的发展，基础建设投资规模迅速扩大，建筑业发展迅猛，与此同时，我国建筑领域的安全问题也越发的严峻，建筑业施工伤亡人数居高不下。建筑施工过程中各类安全事故频频发生，使国家和人民的生命财产受到严重损失。因此,要工人自觉遵守安全操作规程、做好个人安全防护、认真做好现场安全管理工作、做好监督管理工作,是最大限度地减少或杜绝施工事故的首要任务。

In recent years, with the development of our market economy, infrastructure investment dimensions expands quickly, the construction industry is developing rapidly, at the same time, China's construction safety problem has become more and more serious, construction high casualties. In the course of construction safety accidents happen frequently, make the country and people's life and property seriously loss. Therefore, to workers perceived observe the rules for safe operation, good safety, conscientiously do a good job site safety management, supervision and management, is to minimize or eliminate the primary task of construction accident.
