摘要：随着经济的快速发展，招商引资力度的加大，新的环境问题不断产生，环境保护任务日益艰巨，作为环境管理部门的技术支持中心，环境监测为环境管理提供了最根本、最宝贵的资源—监测数据，因此加强环境监測工作的质量管理显得尤为重要。笔者结合自身在县级监测站工作的实际，初探了县级环境监测站在质量管理方面存在的问题，并提出了提高环境监测质量管理水平的对策，以期实际可以借鉴。

监测质量是环境监测工作的生命，环境监测工作中提供的数据是否准确、是否具有代表性、完整性将直接关系到环境管理的服务质量、关系到政府环境决策的科学性。

1目前县级环境监测站质量管理存在的问题

1.1质量管理体系修订相对滞后，不能适应新时期环境监测工作的要求

监测质量的管理离不开一个健全的、持续改善的质量管理体系的支撑，随着我国环境监测技术与监测能力建设的进步与发展，同时在实验室资质认定和实验室认可的促进下，目前，县级环境监测站的质量管理体系的要求和规定已经覆盖了从监测任务的受理、监测工作的准备、监测任务的实施、监测数据的统计、监测成果的报出到监测档案的保存等各个环节，然而相当一部分县级环境监测站质量管理体系的覆盖范围及内容的深度任止步于体系建立初期所涉及的内容，版本的更新也是在外审或者管理机构的统一要求下流于形式的转版。……
