摘要：建筑施工现场垂直输送物料的提升机，构造简单，安装、使用和拆除方便，是投资少、见效快的设备，常用于中小型建筑工地。随着建筑市场的发展，物料提升机的数量随之增加，但对物料提升机的安全管理却相对滞后，安全事故不断发生。因此，加强安全管理势在必行，文章从物料提升机的安装和使用等方面排查存在问题，提出解决对策。

Abstract: the construction site of the vertical conveying material hoist, simple structure, convenient installation, use and dismantle, is less investment, quick result equipment, often used for small and medium-sized construction site. Along with the development of the construction market, the number of material hoist increases, but to material hoist safety management but relatively lags behind, the safety accidents have occurred. Therefore, it is imperative to strengthen the safety management, this article from the material hoist the installation and use of testing problems, proposes the solution countermeasure.

一、物料提升机安全隐患问题

现行的物料提升机多种多样，安全装置参差不齐，安全性能指标各异，在设计和制造上存在着较大的缺陷和安全隐患。现行物料提升机是非标准产品，未纳入国家生产许可证产品之列，也没有完善安全监督管理。多数产品是施工企业自制、小型生产厂家制造，部分产品由乡镇企业制作，生产厂缺少基本生产技术、设备，工装落后，没有建立健全相应的产品质量保证体系和内控质量标准，无法保证其产品质量。目前，由于使用的物料提升机存在着装置不全，安全性能差等问题，导致了物料提升机安全事故不断发生，成为安全施工中一个较为突出的隐患。

二、提升机安装管理

目前，施工现场的提升机安装人员参差不齐，没有专业安装队伍安装，大多数由施工现场的架子工安装。由于这些人员不是专业安装，没有经过安装培训，不懂标准和规范要求，同时也缺少必要的安装经验和熟练程度，在安装过程中存在隐患。……
