摘要：随着人们生活水平的提升，对建筑工程中给水排水的要求也越来越高。新技术、新材料的出现，促进了安装施工工艺的进一步提高，而优质的施工安装质量和严谨的管理制度则是保障管道系统高效安全运行的必要条件。本文主要阐述了在高层建筑给水排水管道安装施工中应注意的问题，以此借鉴。

Abstract: as people life level of ascension, the architecture engineering of the requirements of the water more and more is also high. New technology, new material appears, promote the installation of construction technology of further improve, and high-quality installation quality and strict management system is the guarantee the safe operation of the pipe system efficient necessary condition. This paper mainly expounds the high-rise building water pipe installation problems that should be paid attention to in the construction, to use for reference.

0 前言

目前，市场上新型管材种类很多，普遍应用的有：PPR管、PB管、PEX管、铝塑复合管、钢塑复合管、ABS塑料管等，连接方式有热熔连接、卡环式连接、卡套式、丝扣连接、法兰连接和胶粘接等。为了防止住宅工程中易出现管材开裂、管端连接脱出等质量事故的发生，完善住宅的使用功能，提高居住的舒适性，对住宅工程中的给水排水安装工程的质量的控制尤为重要。

1 工程实例

某高层住宅工程建筑总面积约51 416㎡，地上35层，地下2层，建筑高度109 m，共计556户，23层为设备层。在采暖系统和给排水系统中采用了PP-R管。管道直径为20～125mm明装，1～6层由市政管网直供，7层以上由屋顶水箱供给，在11层立管上设减压阀，每层立管设2个立管卡，管道穿楼板处加钢套管，出地面50mm。

1.1采暖管道安装过程的质量控制

PPR管道沿地面四周布置。管中距墙面150 mm，敷于地面垫层内，外加塑料波纹保护套管，每600 mm设管卡并用钢钉固定于楼板。接口采用热熔连接。 安装时，把楼表面清理干净，地面较高处要剔凿，保持地面平整，标高一致。……
