摘要:在我国日益增长的物质需求之下，国家逐渐加大了建筑工程方面的投资力度，这不仅仅满足了我国人民的生活需求，而且还在一定程度上面促进了经济的发展。建筑工程项目的立项，其根本目的是更好地服务与社会和人民群众，促进社会的和谐。因此，建筑工程的质量问题就很值得注意。因为一旦建筑工程没有了质量保证，那么将会造成非常不良的社会影响。文章就如何进行建筑工程质量管理工作，结合了我国现行的标准进行了详细的探讨。

Abstract: in our country's growing material under the demand, the state gradually increase the construction projects of investment, which not only meet the needs of people's life in China, but also in some degree above improve economies. Building project project, its fundamental purpose is to better service and society and the people, to promote social harmony. Therefore, architectural engineering quality problem is worthy of note. Because once construction project did not have the quality guarantee, so will cause very bad influence in society. The article is how to carry on the construction engineering quality management, combined with the standard of our present a detailed discussion.

在我国建筑工程行业当中，建筑工程管理是一种很有针对性的工作，它针对于建筑工工程的质量，施工工期，建设资金等方面，对整个工程建设起着约束性的作用。正是这种约束性的作用，才使得整个工程建设项目能够在交付使用之后满足设计以及规范要求，为我国经济发展，社会进步做出了巨大的贡献。由此可见，建筑工程的质量管理在整个建筑工程行业是不可缺少的，是建设高质量工程核心所在。由于我国建筑行业起步较早，积累的大量的有效管理措施，这对我国建筑工程行业是一笔宝贵的财富。然而，时代在发展，社会在进步，随着我国与世界各个国家之间文化的交流，也显现出了自身的一些不足之处，文章作者就如何在新时代建设高质量的工程，采用何种质量管理措施，给出了自己的意见。……
