护理人员静脉输液相关知识掌握程度的调查分析

目的通过调查了解护理人员对静脉输液治疗技能相关知识的掌握情况，分析原因并提出建议。方法2010年9—12月采用自行设计的护理人员静脉输液治疗技能相关知识试卷，对377名临床护理人员进行闭卷笔试。结果护理人员静脉输液治疗技能知识总分为(71.27±6.18)分，掌握程度属于一般偏低。各分类项目中，静脉输液治疗相关并发症预防与处理得分明显低于其他各部分;不同科室的护理人员对静脉输液治疗技能相关知识掌握程度不同，妇产科和输液室得分较低。结论护理人员静脉输液治疗技能相关知识的掌握程度有待巩固和提高，护理管理者应从各科室的薄弱环节入手，开展有针对性、系统化、多层次和多样化的培训，以提高临床静脉输液治疗的质量。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate and analyze the nurses’knowledge and skills associated with the intravenous transfusion therapy，and to give advice.MethodsA total of 337clinical nurses took closed book written examination，which was self－designed to evaluate their knowledge and skills associated with the intravenous transfusion therapy from September to December 2010.ResultsThe test scores was 71.27 ± 6.18，indicating a low level in the competency standard.Those with higher scores accounted for 9.8%，while those with common scores made up 51.2%.The score of prevention and management of complications was 11.88 ±2.10，much lower than other indice of the test.The nursing staff from different departments scored differently in the test(P＜0.01).The department of gynaecology and obstetrics and transfusion room got lower scores.ConclusionThe nurses’knowledge and skills associated with the intravenous transfusion therapy need to be improved.The nursing administrators should take measure to overcome the weakness by systematic，multilevel，diversified，and goal-directed training，and to improve the quality of the intravenous transfusion therapy.

静脉输液治疗与护理是临床最常用的治疗护理手段之一，而输液治疗的质量直接影响着患者的疾病愈合时间［1］。护理人员是最主要的执行者，只有掌握输液治疗的相关知识，规范实践标准，才能确保输液治疗的护理质量，提高输液治疗的安全性，使患者得到安全有效的输液治疗。我院静脉输液管理小组为了解护理人员静脉输液治疗技能的相关理论和技术知识掌握情况，于2010年进行了相关调查，现报道如下。……
