微酸性电解水对物体表面擦拭消毒的效果评价

目的探讨微酸性电解水在医院儿科物体表面擦拭消毒中的效果。方法于2012年1月应用微酸性电解水和500mg/L有效氯溶液对医院儿科床旁桌台面进行擦拭消毒，分别在消毒前，消毒后5min、4h和8h进行微生物采样，比较两种消毒液的细菌杀菌率和消毒的持久性。结果微酸性电解水对物体表面擦拭消毒后5min的细菌杀菌率为99.32%，优于500mg/L有效氯溶液的97.74%，两者比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。两组台面擦拭消毒后不同时段的细菌总数均有上升，且消毒8h后两组的细菌总数均＞10CFU/cm2的国家标准，两者比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论微酸性电解水的即时杀菌效果优于含氯消毒剂，且安全、环保，但物体表面消毒后易再次污染，可增加消毒的频率。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the disinfection efficacy of a novel disinfectant，slightly acidic electrolyzed water(SLAEW)in surface wiping.MethodsIn January 2012the countertops of bedside tables in a hospital were disinfected with SLAEW and 500mg/L chlorine solution respectively.Microbial samples were collected before disinfection，and 5min，4h and 8h after disinfection.The bacterial killing rate and the disinfection persistence were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe average bacterial killing rate at 5min after SLAEW disinfection was 99.32%，better than 97.74%of 500mg/L chlorine solution(P＜0.01).The average total bacterial counts at different time points after disinfection in the two groups increased.After 8h the total bacterial counts in both two groups increased，higher than the national standard of 10cfu/cm2，but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).ConclusionThe immediate bactericidal effect of SLAEW is superior to chlorine disinfectant in addition to more safety and environmental protection.It is recommended for use in clinic.Because the surface chould be easily recontaminated after disinfection，the disinfection frequency should be increased.

微酸性电解水(slightly acidic electrolyzed water，SLAEW)于20世纪90年代末在日本首先研发，是在强酸性电解水即酸性氧化电位水(electrolyzed oxidizing water，EOW)的基础上所研发的又一种新型环保消毒剂［1］。微酸性电解水是将2%～6%的稀盐酸(pH 0.5±0.2)在无隔膜电解槽中电解后所生成的，pH为5.0～6.5，有效氯浓度为10～30mg/L。与酸性氧化电位水相比，微酸性电解水因其pH更接近中性，对人体无刺激，更安全环保，因此在医疗领域有推广应用的潜力。为探讨微酸性电解水在医院儿科物体表面消毒应用的可行性，将500mg/L有效氯溶液作为对照，进行物体表面擦拭消毒试验，现将结果报道如下。……
