[摘要]目的：探讨应用重睑术联合自体颗粒脂肪组织注射充填治疗上睑凹陷的方法，总结其可行性及优点。方法：总结2009年8月～2011年10月的应用重睑术联合自体颗粒脂肪注射充填治疗上睑凹陷的临床病例，通过术后随访观察手术是否安全有效。结果：术后患者伤口均一期愈合，未见并发症，35例患者随访2周～6月，上睑凹陷均得以矫正，获得满意效果。结论：本组患者治疗结果显示应用重睑术联合自体颗粒脂肪注射充填术简单易行，安全性高，是治疗上睑凹陷的可靠选择。

Clinical application of blepharoplasty combined autologous granular fat transplantation in treatment of the deformity of upper eyelid depression

Abatract:ObjectiveTo describe the technique of treatment for upper eyelid depression,according to the application of blepharoplasty combined autologous granular fat transplantation,to summarize the feasibility and advantages.MethodsFrom August 2009 to December 2011, we summarized 35 cases who accepted this treatment, to judge the safety and effectiveness of the application. ResultsThe follow-up period ranged from 2 weeks to 6 months, no complications occurred,all cases gained satisfactory outcomes.ConclusionsOur treatments illustrate that the application of blepharoplasty combined autologous granular fat transplantation in treatment of the deformity of upper eyelid depression is easy and effective, which is a reliable technique.

上睑凹陷是临床中的常见症，因衰老、外伤、手术等原因均可导致上睑凹陷。临床上治疗上睑凹陷的方法各部相同，这里笔者介绍重睑术联合自体颗粒脂肪注射充填治疗上睑凹陷。自体颗粒脂肪注射自问世以来已获得了长足的应用。现将笔者的治疗体会介绍如下。

1上睑凹陷的分类

1.1 单纯性上睑凹陷：上睑眶隔脂肪萎缩是单纯性上睑凹陷的主要原因，随着年龄的增加，中老年患者上睑皮肤松弛，原本自然良好的重睑形态不复存在，取而代之的是外侧上睑皮肤明显松弛的“三角眼”状，松弛严重者可见多重皱褶。由于眶隔内脂肪量缺乏，眶隔间隙变窄、眶隔膜于提上睑肌腱膜高位融合，在此情况下，单纯的重睑术其术后易出现重睑过宽、多重重睑。……
