摘要：随着高校的逐年扩招，原来的“精英教育”逐渐转变为“大众教育”，大学毕业生的人数逐年增多，人才竞争非常激烈，大学生就业形势日益严峻，面对如此严峻的就业形势，高职院校对大学生进行就业与创业教育是十分必要的。本文首先分析了高职院校大学生就业与创业教育的必要性，然后指出了当前就业与创业教育中存在的问题，进而给出了解决问题的建议。

Abstract: With the yearly enrollment of college, "elite education" gradually into public education, the number of university graduates is increasing year by year, the talent is very competitive, and college students increasingly serious employment situation, in the face of such a severe employment situation,vocational colleges of the university students for employment and entrepreneurship education is very necessary. 随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的发展，对高校毕业生开始实行“双向选择”、“自主择业”的就业政策，这种新型的就业模式使就业市场的竞争越来越激烈，同时也对学生自身素质提出了更高的要求，此时高职院校对大学生的就业与创业教育应运而生。

一、高职院校大学生就业与创业教育的必要性分析

高职院校是我国高等教育办学的一个重要的类型，不仅肩负着培养专门人才的责任，还承担着尽量帮助培养的大学生就业成才使其学有所用的职责。高职院校大学生就业与创业教育使十分必要的。
