摘要：随着城市建设的高速发展,高层建筑层出不穷,建筑工程向深、大、难的方向发展，这就意味着建筑施工技术在城市建设中的作用愈加重要。在保证质量前提下，同时应该加强建筑施工技术的管理工作有利于城市建设的快速、安全发展，使建筑施工技术在城市建设过程中发挥更大的作用。

Abstract: With the rapid development of urban construction, the endless stream of high-rise buildings and construction works to the deep, difficult direction, which means that the construction in urban construction increasingly important. 1、引言

建筑工程(Building Engineering)，指通过对各类房屋建筑及其附属设施的建造和与其配套的线路、管道、设备的安装活动所形成的工程实体。其中“房屋建筑”指有顶盖、梁柱、墙壁、基础以及能够形成内部空间，满足人们生产、居住、学习、公共活动等需要。

随着城市建设的高速发展,高层建筑层出不穷,建筑工程向深、大、难的方向发展，这就意味着建筑施工技术在城市建设中的作用愈加重要。在保证质量前提下，同时应该加强建筑施工技术的管理工作有利于城市建设的快速、安全发展，使建筑施工技术在城市建设过程中发挥更大的作用，同时我们也要做到合理控制施工技术中的安全措施，使得建筑工程向更好的方向发展。

2、建筑工程施工管理中的技术问题

2．1混凝土中的问题

混凝土技术是在土建结构中的一个重点，应该要特别在框架以及剪力墙的部分注意，因为这其中的混凝土技术会直接的影响到工程的安全使用状况。所以，混凝土的质量，必须是工程中进行施工管理控制的首要的目标。……
