摘要：随着能源与环保问题的突出，建筑行业出现了“绿色建筑”的理念。就目前情况来看，我国建筑施工中的环保与节能工作还处于初级阶段，普及程度不高，存在诸多问题，制约整个建筑行业发展的同时也不利于我国的可持续发展。因此, 加强绿色理念在建筑行业的推广，对建筑施工进行科学管理、节约能源、降低环境污染具有十分重要的现实意义。本文介绍了绿色建筑及其特征、意义、评价指标，对绿色理念下建筑施工的两个重要内容——节能与环保措施分别进行研究，以期能够对建筑业的发展和国家的可持续发展提供一些参考意见。

Abstract: with the energy and environmental protection problem is outstanding, building industry in the "green building" concept. With respect to the current situation, China's construction of environmental protection and energy conservation work is still at the primary stage, popularity is not high, there are many problems, which restrict the development of the construction industry at the same time also go against our country's sustainable development. Therefore, to strengthen the concept of green in the construction industry, the promotion of construction for scientific management, save energy and reduce environment pollution has very important practical significance. This paper introduces the green building and its characteristics, significance, evaluation indexes, the concept of green construction two important content, energy saving and environmental protection measures are used to study, in order to be able to the development of construction industry and the sustainable development of the country to provide some reference opinions.

前言：绿色建筑是指在建筑的全寿命周期内，最大限度地节约资源（节能、节地、节水、节材）、保护环境和减少污染，为人们提供健康、适用和高效的使用空间，与自然和谐共生的建筑。建筑活动是高投入、高消耗、高排放、高污染、低效率、难循环的生产活动，建筑业耗用的原料占到了人来生产耗用原料的50%以上，建筑施工污染比例占到了空气污染、光污染、电磁污染等各种污染总和的34%，排放的建筑垃圾占到人类活动排放的40%。由此可见建筑施工对于我们的社会的能源使用与环境保护造成了很大的影响。据统计，目前我国每年城乡新建房屋建筑面积近20亿平方米，其中80%以上为高耗能建筑。中国要在未来15年保持国内生产总值年均增长7%以上将面临巨大的资源约束瓶颈和环境恶化压力。……
