摘要：室内排水管道堵塞是建筑安装工程施工中常见的一种质量通病，是管道安装与土建施工配合难以解决的老问题。室内给排水工程交付使用后，因管道堵塞造成污水到处滥流，污染生活环境。而且管道堵塞。管腔内充满水，使管内承受一定的水压，带来管道（特别是普通排水铸铁管）漏水，用户意见很大。本文首先分析了室内排水管道堵塞的主要原因及其后果，其后重点阐述了解决室内排水管道堵塞的具体措施，并对加强试验检测力度进行了说明。

一、室内排水管道堵塞的主要原因及后果

在土建与安装交叉施工中，管道被堵塞的事例很多，特别是卫生间排水管口与地漏更为严重。即使管道安装后，管口用水泥砂浆封闭，还往往被 人打开，作为打磨水磨石地面或清洗、水泥找平地面的污水排出口。有的甚至从屋面透气管口、雨水斗落入木条、碎石、垃圾、砂浆等，以至造成管道的堵塞。轻者耗工疏通，重者凿打砼地面，返工拆除管道重新安装，这样既耗工耗料，又影响工期。有的排水管道管腔内已部分堵塞，在通水试水过程中未能及时发现，投入使用后，必然出现管道堵塞，影响用户使用。

二、解决室内排水管道堵塞的具体措施

为了避免交叉施工中赞成管道堵塞现象，在管道安装前，除应认真疏通管腔，清除杂物，合理按规范规定正确使用排水配件；……
