摘要：随着社会经济发展，市政工程建设日异月新，为了更好的管理并发挥市政工程的作用，需要对其竣工资料进行正确归档，它是评定工程质量和竣工交付的重要依据。但竣工资料的整理归档中存在着诸多问题，需要在实际工作中引起重视。本文首先分析了市政工程竣工资料整理归档的重要性，对其归档要求进行了详细说明，并归纳了目前竣工资料归档中存在的问题，最后重点探讨了市政工程竣工资料归档的正确方法，对其中的细节进行了详细说明。

Abstract: with the development of the society and economy, the municipal engineering construction, on the new vision, in order to better manage and play the role of municipal engineering, it is necessary to correct the completion data file, it is evaluation project quality and completion of delivery of the important basis. But completion data sorting and file there are many problems in, need to pay great attention to in the practical work. This paper first analyzes the municipal project completion data the importance of file, the file for detail, and summarizes the current completion data problems in filing, and finally discusses the municipal engineering completion data archiving the right way, to the details of a detailed illustration.

一、市政工程竣工资料归档的重要性

市政工程竣工资料是施工过程中施工单位依据有关规定所做的文字记录、图纸、表格、音像等应当归档的资料，它是评定工程质量、竣工交付使用的必要条件，也是对工程进行检查、维护、管理、使用、改建和扩建的依据。因此，工程竣工资料应随施工进度及时整理，认真进行填写，做到字迹清楚，项目齐全、准确、真实，而且必须由各级施工技术负责人审核，竣工后资料成果应由企业技术负责人和法人代表签字并加盖单位公章。

二、市政工程竣工资料的归档要求

（一）竣工资料应具有真实性

竣工资料的真实性就是真实地反映工程实体的质量状况。真实性是竣工资料的生命，否则竣工资料的存档就毫无意义。我们知道，竣工资料是工程质量评定验收备案的依据之一，也是工程建设和管理的依据，尤其是建设单位进行维修、管理、使用、改建和扩建的依据。……
