摘要：铁路工程建设中，施工资料的收集和工程实体的施工是同步进行的，如何更方便、简捷地将各类繁杂琐碎的施工资料齐全、有序、准确地整理归档，为工程资料的编制打好基础。施工单位在施工过程中形成的资料在整个工程资料中占有很大比重，且各分包单位也是在根据工程进度做好施工资料后交由施工总承包单位统一整理、归档，因而施工总承包单位责任重大，不容懈怠。

Abstract: the railway engineering construction, construction material collection and engineering entity's construction is synchronous, how to more convenient and simple to all kinds of multifarious trivial construction material is complete, orderly and accurately, sorting and file for the engineering documents play good foundation. Construction unit in the construction process of the material in the whole project material occupies a large proportion, and the each unit is in according to the progress of the projects construction material to do after construction general contracting units unified arrangement, filing, and construction general contracting unit responsibility is significant, not slack.

工程技术资料管理

（一）建立组织机构，完善管理制度

项目开工伊始，依据铁路资料的一般性规定和业主的特殊要求，成立档案管理领导小组，制定档案管理实施细则，明确资料管理人员的职责。

信息的沟通和不断更新

国内外先进技术的不断推广，以及新的技术规范、验收标准、行业标准的不断更新，及时掌握有关信息，更新版本，就可以避免施工资料因采用过期作废的技术标准和规范而造成的麻烦。

二、施工资料的收集和管理

（一）资料收集的内容

内容主要包括：开工程报告及批复文件、工程数量表、变更设计单、工程小结、各项施工原始记录、试验资料、工程日志、检验批质量验收记录、工程检查证、工程验收证书或验收交接记录表、施工图等。

检验批质量验收记录的填写 “检验批”是验标修订引入的一个新概念，是施工质量验收的基本单元，很好地解决了一次验收的规模和范围的大小问题。……
