摘要：学籍档案管理是各类学校管理工作的一个重要组成部分，直接影响着学校的教学质量和社会声誉，随着学校的规模不断扩大，对于学籍档案管理工作的高效性、规范性和准确性提出了更高的要求，很多学校档案室的储存量也已经远远不能满足日常存储、管理需要，管理人员不堪重负。如何既能保证学生学籍档案的完整性和安全性，又能提高日常管理的工作效率，已经成为各类学校档案管理工作的迫切需要。因此，本文就智能化学籍档案管理系统建设的可行性进行初步探讨，希望可以解决以上问题。

随着计算机信息化技术的发展和普及，大多数学校的学籍档案管理工作已经实行信息化管理，借助于学校的内部校园网络平台或者是因特网平台，根据不同的管理权限，学生的学籍档案情况已经可以进行方便的查询和管理。但由于学生学籍档案的特殊性，学生的各种信息，不能单纯以电子信息的形式存在于服务器的数据库内，一些重要的信息，如学生入党、荣誉证明等资料信息，还必须以某种存储介质形式存放在个人档案袋内，并统一妥善保存于学校的档案室内，需要设置专门人员进行管理。

21世纪是信息产业的时代，各种智能化产品被广泛应用，使我们的经济和社会生活因此发生了深刻变革。如何对学校的档案室进行智能化更新换代或升级改造，并与学校的学籍档案信息化管理系统平台进行有机地结合，形成一种系统化的、高效的、全局化的管理模式，将是本文研究的重点。……
