摘要：现代化的建筑工程施工都离不开施工机械设备，机械设备是提高施工效率和经济效益的必要保证。保障机械设备正常安全使用，防止施工设备事故发生是每个施工单位工程管理的重要内容，我们应当做好建筑机械设备的管理工作，减少建筑机械在施工中的问题，也便能更好的完成建筑工地的施工。本文总结出了建筑机械施工中的常见问题并提出相应解决措施理。

Abstract: the modern architectural engineering construction is inseparable from the construction machinery equipment, mechanical equipment is to improve the efficiency of construction and the economic benefits of the necessary guarantee. Security equipment normal safe use, to prevent the construction equipment accidents each construction unit is an important content of the project management, we should be prepared to construction machinery equipment management work, reduce construction machinery in the construction of the problem, also can better finish construction site construction. 前言：在建筑工程施工项目中，规范机械设备管理，完善机械设备的基础状况，可以减少机械设备的故障和不必要的停机带来的经济损失，降低机械设备的维修成本，提高施工项目的综合效率，但建筑工程施工项目中机械设备的管理尚没有一套完整不变的模式，施工项目的机械设备管理仍在不断的探索之中，我们应该从每个项目的实际情况出发，建立和健全各项机械设备管理规章制度，做好机械设备管理的基本工作，把管好机械设备当作资本来经营，以质量求生存，以管理求效益，以安全高效的机械设备为施工项目服务。

一、建筑机械施工常见安全问题

在施工过程中，建筑机械施工存在着不少问题，归纳起来，常见的安全问题主要有下面几项。

(一)电气安装上造成的安全隐患问题

（1）施工现场配电箱、设备电控箱上不装漏电保护器或漏电保护器不灵。目前，建筑施工现场都要求采用三相五线制供电，采用三级配电保护。……
