摘要：随着经济的快速发展，我国的现代科学技术也逐步在进步。在建筑行业方面，桩基的类别和形式，施工的工艺和设备，桩基的基本理论以及设计方法都取得了较大了进步。近年来，在我国土质不良的地区，桩基已经逐渐演变成为修建各种建筑物尤其是高层建筑厂房或者有着特殊要求的构筑物的基础形式。本文在吸收我国建筑行业中桩基施工的理论和经验的基础上，通过不断归纳和总结，为桩基的发展提供有价值的建议。

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy, China has gradually in the progress of modern science and technology. In the construction industry, the types and forms of pile foundation, construction technology and equipment for pile foundation, the basic theory and design methods have made great progress. This paper based on the absorption of industry of our country construction pile foundation construction in theory and in the experience foundation, through the induction and the summary, as the foundation development to provide valuable advice.

在我国建筑行业方面，桩基作为一种较为古老的基础形式，这种桩工技术已经经历了几千年的发展历程。桩基本身也随着时间的演进而不断发展，尤其是随着我国改革开放的不断深入，桩基本身已经具备了现代化的基础工程体系。随着建筑工艺的发展以及现代科学技术的进步，桩的种类、形式、施工工艺、设备以及桩基的基本理论和设计策略都有了巨大的进步。

一、桩基础的相关概念

桩基的基本定义是主要依靠桩本身将作用在平台上的多种载荷传递到地基的基础部分。桩基一般由桩和连接桩顶的承台组成的深基础，另一种说法认为桩基是由柱与桩基所连接的单桩基础所组成。由于桩基具有承载能力较高、沉降量较小并且十分均匀等特点，桩基几乎可以适用于各种不同的地质条件或各种不同的工程，这在一定程度上十分适用于建筑在较为软弱的地基上的重型的构筑物。……
