摘要：随着我国公路建设的迅速发展，机械化施工已成为公路施工主要的施工方法。公路施工具有周期长，流动性大、施工协作性高，以及受外界干扰及自然因素影响等特点。因此，公路工程实施机械化施工，必须事先做好计划，即编制机械化施工组织设计，并结合工程实际做好施工项目的管理是十分必要的,更是保证公路建设工程施工项目取得良好经济和社会效益的前提。

Abstract: Along with our country highway construction rapid development, mechanization construction has become the main method of construction of highway construction. The highway construction is periodic long, mobility, collaboration of construction, and the interference and influence of natural factors etc.. Therefore, the highway engineering construction machinery construction, must be well planned, that the establishment of mechanization of construction organization design, and combined with the actual engineering construction project management is very necessary, it is also the guarantee of highway construction project and achieved good economic and social benefit.

1公路机械化施工组织的意义

公路施工具有流动性大、易受外界自然因素干扰、施工周期长和施工协作性高等特点。随着我国公路建设的迅速发展,机械化施工已成为公路施工主要的施工方法。在当今施工技术日益复杂和工程规模日趋增大的情况下,如果在公路建设项目施工前没有进行科学的管理和合理的组织,缺乏周密的计划,就必将会使各工序之间及各分部分项工程之间产生矛盾,导致劳动力、机械及材料等调配紊乱,资源浪费现象严重,甚至还会出现一些重复性的无效劳动,从而直接影响到建设项目的投资效益。由此可见,以科学的施工组织计划指导工程施工,并结合工程实际做好施工项目的管理是十分必要的,更是保证公路建设工程施工项目取得良好经济和社会效益的前提。
