摘要：行动导向教学是当前职业教育教学的一种新的思潮，它突出实践能力的培养，顺应职业教育改革的潮流，符合职业学校的专业特征。本文积极探索基于行动导向的电子商务教学的新途径，以行业发展为引领、以岗位需求为导向，深化课程改革，建立产学结合、工学交替一体化的课程体系，为社会培养出更多优秀的电子商务高素质技能型人才。

Abstract: action orientation teaching is the vocational education teaching a new trend, it highlights practical ability and the training of vocational education reform with the tide, accord with vocational school of professional characteristics. This paper based on the action oriented to actively explore new ways of electronic commerce teaching, with the development of the industry as lead, to post demand orientation, deepen the reform of the course, a combination of rotation of production and learning, and the integration of the course system, for the society develop more excellent e-commerce high-quality skilled talents.

1．引言

电子商务是经济与信息技术发展并相互作用的必然产物。电子商务是指企、事业单位内部员工之间的信息交流活动，供应链上商业伙伴之间的交易以及一切相关的网上事务和经济活动，是指买卖双方之间利用计算机网络，按照一定的标准进行的各类商务活动，是在网上开展商务开展商务活动。

2．行动导向教学

将人类积累起来的知识、技能和经验转化为学生的专业技能，需要有相应的教学方式、方法。传统的职业教育教学方法注重的是理论知识的传授和操作技能的训练，而对实践能力、解决问题的能力、合作能力以及创新能力等方面的培养，缺乏行之有效的教学方法，行动导向教学恰好是解决这一问题的有效途径。行动导向教学不是一种具体的教学方法。而是一种教学指导思想，是由一系列的教学方法所组成的，以培养学生的综合职业能力为宗旨。行动导向教学强调学生是学习过程的中心，教师是学习过程的组织者和咨询者，在教学中与学生互动，让学生在自己动手的实践中，掌握职业技能，学到专业知识，获得职业能力，构建自己的经验和知识体系。……
