摘要：薄壁空心高墩作为桥梁工程的下部结构，其施工工艺复杂。结合宜万铁路W11标的阎家谭大桥空心高墩的施工，介绍了大桥薄壁空心高墩的施工方法，从总体施工安排、翻模模板加工、安装、混凝土浇筑、拆模、养护等方面提出了具体的施工措施。利用翻模施工法施工薄壁空心墩，具有施工速度快，节省投资等优点，具有一定的推广价值。

Abstract: the thin wall hollow high piers used as a bridge engineering the lower part of the structure, and its construction process complex. Combined with the railway should million W11 mark yan home tan bridge piers of the hollow high construction, this paper introduces the hollow high piers thin-walled bridge construction method, from the overall arrangement, turn over the construction model template processing, installation, and concrete casting, tear open mode, the maintenance put forward the concrete construction measures. 1.工程概况

宜万铁路W11标段位于湖北省恩施州建始县境内，线路里程：DK168+500～DK184+000，全长15.521km。本标段桥梁13座-3561.22延米,其中阎家潭大桥为双线曲线桥，中心里程DK172+334.945，全长302.74m；桥跨结构为:9-32m普通高度后张法预应力砼梁；1#～7#墩身为双线圆端型薄壁空心墩，其中4#、5#墩高为60m。

2.施工工艺

2.1总体施工安排

a）、考虑到4#、5#墩身很高，且上部施工时需垂直运输的材料和机具很多，2#～7#墩采用塔吊垂直运输，在3#和6#墩的承台外侧分别设置一台扶壁式塔吊(作用半径50m)，3个墩共用1台塔吊，另在塔吊旋转臂上安装探照灯，保证夜间施工照明。

b）、混凝土浇注采用混凝土输送泵。

c）、空心墩身模板采用翻模施工，模板每节高度2米设3层共6米。循环交替翻升。在施工中，当第3层砼灌注完成后，拆卸第1层模板至第3层上方，进行安装、校正，然后绑扎钢筋、灌注砼，如此循环上升，直至完成整个墩身施工。

2.2翻模模板加工

模板加工：墩身施工内外模采用翻模施工，对于桥梁空心墩由于是内外变截面，模板的圆弧半径不断的变化，模板加工是墩身施工的关键。……
